REBIRTHING CEREMONY
During lunar eclipses, the Earth is exactly between the Sun and the moon so we have an access to both our shadow and our light. This Lunar eclipse will give us a glimpse into our personal and especially our collective “shadow self”. While the intensity and anxiety is high with the chaotic energy of Uranus, we will take steps to harness the power of the day and ride the tide rather than be crushed by it.
We are currently in the Eclipse Tunnel, culminating with this full moon Eclipse and midterm election in US. I see as the birthing canal for humanity. Will we step out of it more free, more whole and more aware of ourselves?

REBIRTING CEREMONY
We are able to witness the rise of conflict, patriarchy and extremism in all parts of the world. This Full moon will be a powerful portal of the Moon in Taurus a house, ruled by Venus meeting a Uranus- the old god of titans. Uranus is the oldest male god in the Greek mythology. He predates Cronos and Zeus and is a grandfather of Patriarchy. Eclipse is a high-stakes stage for this meeting as it dials up the intensity. Moon is in her power in the house ruled by Venus, yet she has to face the pain of the internalized violence, fear, ignorance, jealousy, inadequacy, greed, and inequality- a seven principles of patriarchy. This is not an easy task, as it is to take responsibility and ownership of how we are ourselves perpetuating the cycle of patriarchy, willful ignorance and abuse. This full moon asks us to step fearlessly into our deep core wounds and in the process claim our wholeness and collective power.

During this Full moon , I recommend Venusian practices of centering and grounding to soothe and nourish ourselves in the sea of energetic calamity. If you are in relationship, it is a great time for a couple practice. However, self pleasure practice is highly welcoming as well. Start the ritual with softly touching your body with a fresh flower to connect to its frequency and use its softness to evoke a sensual experience.
Then relax into your bed, place one hand on your heart and another hand on your womb, breathing deeply into your body and imagining a tunnel of light. As you will enter into this tunnel let your imagination to travel through your incarnations and cycles of birth and rebirth. In this process let yourself release all of the codes of the patriarchy and oppression from your system.
